Change of Plans

Today, i filed a cancellation of my upcoming vacation to our HR citing 'change of personal plan' as a reason. I have been planning & i'm actually ready to go this end of July 2012 but something happened that made me decide to just cancel my vacation and postpone it to a later months (not confirmed yet)

I will be expecting a 'drastic' changes in my life in the next few months. Changes that I eagerly welcome. I don't wanna be clueless myself when I read this again (lol) thus, i'd like to put it this way:

"it's something i have been praying, wishing, hoping and waiting to happen. thank you so much Lord! love mo ako talaga." :-)

My friends knew that I'm blogging anonymously and that i'm only posting backpics, Hence, this post will come to be a big surprise to them (but only if by any chance they would find this elusive blog of mine.hehe) To My Dear Friends --ives, ryan and annie..i'm very sorry but you have been blogged! :-)

Ives & Ryan

They're the closest friends I have here in Dubai. Ives is also one of the F4 (our tag name given by our officemates in the Phils). This couple are my role models when it comes to building a family. I don't know but their love for one another and for the others are just so eminent. I would entrust my life to them. Mind you, the kindest persons I know are all my friends!

By the way, miguel (my inaanak here in dubai who's currently on vacation in the phils) is their child. And 8 more months to go, another inaanak is coming! Yes, ives is 4 weeks pregnant! Yipppeeee!!!!!!Congratulations Ives & Ryan!

Annie

Originally, she's a friend of jo (my friend who's now in Canada) but now a good friend of mine too. We shared a lot of 'galaan' together. When it comes to 'galaan', annie would be the perfect buddy! She's super game! Would you believe, we made a 'bucket list' earlier this year, sort of things to do this year 2012. And I'm positive, we would be able to cross everything out on that bucket list! Aja! Aja! Annie!

Tula-Tulaan

isa akong frustrated na manunula--noon at ngayon. i remember noong teenage years ko, meron akong compilation ng mga tulang gawa ko. mostly about love..meron din akong diary noon... hehe..mahilig din sa mga romantic novels at movie na tagalog at english...medyo may pagka-hopeless romantic....i miss my old self. :-)

pero mahirap gumawa ng tula pag walang inspirasyon lalu na sa akin na nde naman talaga bihasa ba. enewei, i'm still gonna try. eh, gusto ko talagang makagawa ng tula before man lang matapos ang long week-end. may pasok na kami bukas. gusto ko ding malaman kung anong kalalabasan nito. :-)

It's You

now, i found myself in the big city

the busy metro and buses playing their parts

tired for the day i fell asleep 'til a familiar voice wakes me up

got myself to thinking "am i waiting for someone?"

"i don't know, i don't know" that's all i ever could say.

days, months and years passed

i've almost forgotten those voices within

'til one time you asked me,

"did you ever wait for someone?"

and it made sense afterall...

"Yes, it's you! you're the one i've been waiting for!".

Random Thoughts

Before anything else, i would like to greet all the fathers "Happy Father's Day!"

May unting lungkot akong nararamdaman pag sumasapit ang araw na ito, nami-miss ko ang aking tatay. it's been more than 17 years since kinuha siya sa amin yet it seems it's only like yesterday. iniisip ko na lang he's now happy with our Lord. and through the years andito lang naman siya at hinding-hindi siya mawawala sa mga puso namin.

I was watching ASAP kanina..natatawa na lang ako at napaka-emotional ko ngayon. napaiyak ako sa mga kanta ng Sessionistas..hehe...may tribute kasi sila para sa mga tatay.

Pero as i think of it, nde lang naman sa ASAP ako napaiyak pati Princess and I, pinatulan ko. hehe...Umiyak din ako sa episode kung saan kumanta si kathryn at ang kanyang nanay sa mrs. palengke pageant (matapos iwan nung kanyang tunay na anak). hehe...

Homesick ba ako? Hindi naman. Sa katunayan, bakasyon ko na naman this july 2012. nde ganun katagal ang gap ngaun dahil dec 2011 ang last ko uwi.

Malungkot ba ako? Hindi din. Yung matagal ko ng gustong ma-achieved at ipinagdarasal, malapit na malapit ng ibigay. :-)

Ano ang kulang? kulang ako ng time sa Kanya. kung minsan, nakakalimutan ko siyang bisitahin sa sobrang kabusyhan ko sa ibang bagay. "sana po Kayo pa rin ang maging 1st priority ko sa aking buhay. tulungan Nyo po ako. i'm struggling."

we'll try all the rides as much as we can. wala daw kj sabi ng mga kaibigan ko. let's see. :-)

Baliw-Baliwan

Ang Istorya:

Hindi sila talaga magkakilala. Although familiar ang mga mukha nila sa isa't isa, hi and hello lang sila tuwing magkakasalubong. Until one time, nagkaroon sila ng pagkakataon  na magka-kwentuhan. From then, somehow nagkaroon sila ng connection sa isa't isa. Napadalas ang kanilang kwentuhan. Naging close sila. Hanggang sa dumating ang araw na hinahanap na nila ang presence ng isa't isa.

Lumipas ang ilang buwan, nagtapat ng kanyang damdamin ang lalaki sa babae. Wala sanang problema dahil 'gusto' naman ni babae si lalaki. Yun nga lang, she needs time dahil hindi biro ang pumasok sa isang relasyon. Nag-aantay din siya ng sign kung siya na ba ang kanyang inaantay at ipinagdarasal.

After ng ilan pang buwan, nagbakasyon si babae sa kanyang bayang sinilangan. Sa isip niya "if it's meant to be, it's meant to be". Ayaw niyang magmadali. 

Pagkabalik niya ng bakasyon, buo na ang isip niya "she can give love a chance". One week ang lumipas, nagtaka siya dahil hindi pa ito nagpaparamdam sa kanya. Nabanggit ng isang kaibigan nito na madalas na itong maglagi sa isang kaibigan magmula ng magbakasyon ang babae. 

After few weeks, she got the biggest shock of her life. Nagkita sila ulit ng lalaki at may kasama itong iba (now his wife already). Ipinakilala ito sa kanya by name lang without any description kung gf or wife. Hindi alam ng babae kung paano mag-react sa harap nila. Pero first reaction niya inside, is natawa siya. Gusto niyang umiyak pero di matuluy-tuloy. hehe. Gusto niyang mag-drama dahil tila ba pinaglalaruan siya ng tadhana.

Currently, nakikita pa rin ni babae ang lalaki. Sa wari niya'y, masaya naman ito sa piling ng kanyang asawa. Ok na sa kanya yun. And finally, nasagot na rin ang kanyang tanong--- "no, he's not the one for you." :-)

Re-arrangement

I've been so excited with my upcoming vacation. I've been busy planning and finalizing my itinerary/schedules these past few days. Just when i thought everything is set, an unexpected and beyond-my-control situation arises. :-( I felt sad about it but  i told myself  "hey, don't be silly. it's not in your hands.if worse comes to worst, u just have to re-arrange your plans".

Note:

as of this writing, hoping pa rin ako. sana magawan ng paraan. enewei, what is important is i'm going home and makakasama ko ang aking mahal na ina sa kanyang kaarawan (after 7 years!). :-)
