More About Burj Al Arab
1) almost all Dubai souvenir items were inspired from this hotel (be it t-shirts, fridge magnets, mugs, key chains, post cards, etc)
2) definitely a must-see place for all those who happen to be here in Dubai (whether a tourist/worker/resident/locals).
3) the most luxurious & expensive hotel (their lowest rate is a whooping AED5,000 per night!)
4) the only hotel i know which has an entrance fee (in the form of restaurant bookings/reservations; you can choose from 6 restaurants, 6 bars and 2 lounges; rates ranging from AED185 to AED495 per person )
5) now you know why it took us more than 4 yrs before we finally step in this grandiose hotel. hehe (kidding aside, we prioritize Burj Al Arab visit because of 'Nanay', mother of Jo. She's here on a 5-day visit only. She had heard lots of things about Burj Al Arab so we want her to experience it up close and personal. The same goes for us. hehe...Mas excited pa nga.
6) i had also visited other famous hotels here in the UAE like Atlantis Hotel & Emirates Palace, but Burj Al Arab is a different experience to me. (as in napa-wow talaga ako!) :-)
7) to sum it up----Burj Al Arab experience, priceless. :-)

and did you know it is also the highest atrium in the world?
plus.plus.plus. you would be able to see the Palm Jumeirah
when you're inside the Panoramic elevator
Thailand, China, Indonesia, Japan and Korea.
served Bumbu Bali delights :-)
sate lamb, sate seafoood, minced seafood sate, sate campur
all Indonesian foods from 11th - 15th May 2010
mixed kiwi/pineapple; mixed orange/strawberry/kiwi
